This unit focuses on assisting successful employees and developing effective and ethical behaviours to advocate for better work and working lives and enhance business acumen. The theories and concepts behind this subject are critical for encouraging inclusivity and influencing others through fair and transparent behaviour. In addition, this unit will improve understanding of how actions and inclusive behaviour affect ethics and the organization through fundamental skill sets such as perception, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
You will study:
You will critically evaluate various ethical perspectives in human practice and how ethical behaviour maintains high standards. You will evaluate the promotion of wellness, justice, and the contribution of personal integrity within organizations and the benefits and costs of collaborative techniques both internally and externally across several corporate boundaries. You will discover how to achieve and sustain hard business outcomes through a grasp of the business and self-awareness and improvement to help you advance in your career. You will also defend the benefits of retaining a desire for learning, assess the requirement for continued professional development, and discuss the advantages of evidence-based critical thinking.
