This course focuses on the essential behaviours of people professionals, focusing on ethical practices for people professionals to add value to the workplace. The course encourages students to consider how consistent thinking methods and doing things might improve employees’ well-being and inclusion in an organisation, regardless of the new environment or problems they face.
