The Purpose and Aim of this Module?
Organisation design cipd generally focuses on the topmost structural arrangements that ensure the delivery of the organisation’s activities. In addition, organisation design is concerned with modelling an organisation to increase its effectiveness and enhance its flexibility in delivering its services.
The organisation can improve its performance and reach its targets and goals by reducing departmental barriers, fostering teamwork and collaboration, improving supply efficiencies, and enhancing customer management and retention.
Therefore, organisation design activities include creating the most functional structures, sections, relationships between departments, and divisions of work, including the definitions of roles, responsibilities, and responsibilities. In addition, it should be noted that organisation design is directly linked to performance management to ensure that work and output are measured and managed effectively.
This module provides a deeper understanding of how organisational values, cultures, and environments support and contribute to enhancing organisational performance and adaptability.
