Additionally, the learner is expected to provide a detailed explanation of how they have overseen the development and monitoring of financial strategies. This involves setting organisational budgets based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a focus on maintaining sustainability and business continuity. A thorough discussion is required, referencing at least two factors that have influenced this financial oversight.
Furthermore, the learner is required to define their responsibility for resource allocation within the organisation. This includes a clear delineation of their role in distributing resources effectively to meet organisational objectives.
Another crucial aspect is the utilisation of at least one recognized model to critically review the organisation’s external social and political environment. The learner must justify how this review could inform the communication strategy.
